Music setting
In addition to editing, I have worked for the last 20 years as a freelance music-setter, using SCORE notation software. My work has been used by many of the leading European publishing houses, including Boosey & Hawkes, Universal Edition, Peters Edition and Wilhelm Hansen, and I have set music by composers ranging from Bach to Stravinsky. In 2008 I produced the brass parts for the production by the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden of Sir Harrison Birtwistle’s opera The Minotaur. Here are some samples of my orchestral scores and parts.

Text work
I am also very experienced in producing materials for liturgical use. In 2007 I typeset the entire Psalter for Hereford Cathedral (you can see a sample page here), and have produced the cathedral’s orders of service for a number of years. I use Adobe InDesign for all my publishing work.
